Human Resource Management

According to SHRM, “sustainability is defined as the ability to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.” This is the focus of Ursuline MBA’s Human Resources track, which examines the economic, social and environmental (triple-bottom-line) benefits to society while using the skills of the Human Resource function to create a workforce with the trust, values, skills and motivation to achieve a robust triple-bottom-line.
