General Management

The General Management track of the MBA program at Ursuline College prepares students to become tomorrow's socially-conscious leaders through a curriculum that is grounded in an ethical, values-based approach.

About the Program

This program focuses on both the theoretical and practical application of project management processes, such as selecting, defining, planning, estimating, scheduling and managing risk for projects in a company or organization. The models and tools used in General Management support the MBA’s socially-conscious mission.
